Alley Kat
Co-op Cloud Cart
We teamed up with Edmonton’s own Alley Kat Brewing to create something brewed just for Co-op Wine Spirits Beer. Meet Co-op Cloud Cart — a hazy, juicy Session IPA with notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, and a subtle hint of pine. At 4.6% ABV, it brings bright flavour, mild bitterness, and a clean finish.
The name is a nod to both the beer’s hazy style and a special piece of our Co-op history: a 1946 truck we’re restoring in celebration of North Central Co-op’s 80th anniversary. It’s a small tribute to where we started, while celebrating the local partnerships that continue to move us forward.
Brewed locally. Made for Co-op. Inspired by 80 years of moving forward.

Hansen Distillery
DeanO’s Donut Hole Cream Liquor
Crafted locally by Hansen Distillery and named in honour of our former CEO, Dean McKim, DeanO’s is a sweet tribute with a spirited twist. Rich, smooth, and full of flavour, it’s perfect over ice, splashed into your coffee, or paired with dessert. However you enjoy it, every sip celebrates a legacy of leadership and a love for local.
Don’t forget to pick up a bottle of Strawberry DeanO’s Donut Holes Cream Liquor as well!
